Account Deletion

This page explains how Relay users can request deletion of their account and organization data.


How to Request Deletion

In the app, organization admins can delete all account data using the Delete All button in Settings > Organization.

You can also request deletion by contacting support at support@relay-ops.com.


Data Deleted

When deletion is completed, we delete your Relay account and associated organization data, including jobs, uploaded photos or attachments, and location history stored by the platform.


Data That May Be Retained

We may retain limited records where required by law or legitimate accounting obligations, such as issued invoices, payment transaction records, and audit logs.


Retention Period

Deletion requests are processed and completed within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
